Convenient location not far from the Mazza restaurant and too many areas with free parking. Also, to convenience shops...

Brilliant hotel, clean, employees are PROFESSIONAL, and location is good to Hamburg city center. The service at the restaurant is excellent. The rooms are new-fashioned and beautifully designed with a big double bed and well-equipped bathroom, for example.

The staff were customer-oriented and assisted us greatly. the guest room had basic facilities you could ask for: central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card. the location was quiet, a 10-15 minute walk from St Paul's Church. the meal served at the attached restaurant was incredible.

The venue is pleasant and brilliant. Make sure you stay in the queen room with balcony. The hotel offers a wide array of food that was fantastic. It has a quiet location distansce to the train station.
As we remember, there was no service.

Everything was perfect. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast in a beautiful and charming space. Staff very nice and kind. I would stay more time if I could. If I go to Hamburg again, certainly I will stay at this lovely hotel. And recommend it to my friends.
Absolutely no complaints.

Fantastic hotel! The staff was amazing. The lovely ladies in the reception was very helpful and spoke excellent english. The chef in the restaurant was unbelieveable and very nice. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of meals, and the hotel itself was in spectacular shape, having been renovated only four months before our stay. It really is a perfect hotel, although it might look small on the inside, it has a heart as big as any other! Finally, the walk on up to the S-bahn train station only took us five or six minutes and is really quite easy.
Loved every second of my stay. Can't say anything bad about it.

Excellent Hotel, in particular for those who have a business visit in Hamburg (walking distance to ece offices, first shopping mall and S- Bahn). Absolutely the best chef I have experienced so far, which seems unrealistic in such a loation. Try the tapas (better than in top places in Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca) and the spicy tomato soup with seafood - an unforgettable experience!!! I will not be surprised if they will be listed by Michellin soon. Great interior design: a mix of cosyness and luxury - very elegant in a elegant way! Superb atmosphere. Looks much better inside than from the outside, so do not get confused! Good breakfast.
The shower cabin in room 225 was too narrow. For me (180cm/80kg) ok, but difficult for a shower for two or a person with significant overweight.

Everyone and all facilities were very pleasant. The evening meal was also very good and the service excellent. I liked the decor very much.
It was slightly noisy overnight from cars on the road going past the hotel.

Nice rooms and well equipped.
WiFi not included and not ergonomic working space with a too small table to work on.
